multi-joint exercise

A muscle strengthening that involves two or more simultaneously joint movements.

E.g.: push-up, lunge, squat, high knee, pull-up & chin-up, military press, bench press, deadlift, hip thrust, bent-over row & seated row, dip, leg press…

As opposed to single-joint exercise.
