A multi-joint exercise & concentric exercise, using a barbell with a pronated grip, in standing position.

Considered a shoulders exercise, with the following muscle groups:

  • targeted: deltoids (anterior)
  • secondary: triceps, deltoids (intermediate deltoid)

Level: intermediate.
