Level: intermediate (less challenging than the dumbbell row thanks to improved movement stabilization).
Exercise grading: A (not S because progressive overload is limited by the maximum dumbbell weight).
It should be noted that the Kroc row is a Single arm dumbbell row with looser technique, enabling to increase the workload without too much downside.
