Weighted sumo squat

A free-weight variant of the sumo squat, weighted using a kettlebell (or equivalent like dumbbells), held with straight arms.

It can be elevated on a step (or equivalent) for a deeper execution.

Level: beginner (less challenging than the goblet squat).
