A multi-joint exercise & plyometric exercise, using bodyweight, bilateral (alternatively).

Considered an abs exercise, with the following muscle groups:

  • targeted: abs
  • secondary: hip flexors, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves

Level: intermediate.

A.k.a.: alternating bodyweight plyometric high knee, high knee running
