Kettlebell swing

A multi-joint exercise & plyometric exercise, using a kettlebell with both hands in a pronated grip.

Considered a glutes exercise, with following muscle groups:

  • targeted: glutes and spinal erectors
  • secondary: abs and deltoids (anterior deltoid)

Level: intermediate.
