A single-joint exercise & concentric exercice, using bodyweight, hanging from a (horizontal) bar.
Considered an abs exercise, with the following muscle groups:
- targeted: abs, lats, and traps
- secondary: hip flexors, quadriceps, deltoids (posterior deltoid), and forearms
Level: advanced (more challenging than the hanging knee raise).
