A multi-joint exercise & eccentric exercise, using bodyweight, leaning on a bench.

Considered a triceps exercise, with the following muscle groups:

  • targeted: triceps
  • secondary: pectorals and deltoids (anterior deltoid)

Level: beginner (less challenging than a dip).

Exercise grading: C.
