A single-joint exercise & concentric exercise, using dumbbells with a supinated grip, in standing position, bilateral (simultaneously).

Considered a biceps exercise, with the following muscle group:

  • targeted: biceps
  • secondary: forearms (forearm flexors)

Level: beginner.
