A single-joint exercise & eccentric exercise, using a high cable with a supinated grip (D-handle attachment), in standing position, bilateral (simultaneously).
Considered a chest exercise, with the following muscle group:
- targeted: pectorals
- secondary: deltoids (anterior deltoid) and forearms (forearm flexors)
Level: intermediate.
Exercise grading: B (lack of stability as the cable pulls the body backwards).
