A multi-joint exercise & concentric exercise, using a barbell with a pronated grip, bilateral.
Considered a glutes exercise, with the following muscle groups:
- targeted: glutes and spinal erectors
- secondary: hamstrings and quadriceps
Level: intermediate.
Not to be confused with stiff-leg deadlift.
It should be noted that, in a proper form, the workload should touch the floor.
