A multi-joint exercise & eccentric exercise, using bodyweight, on parallel bars (dip bar preferred) with a neutral grip.
Considered a chest exercise, with the following muscle groups:
- targeted: pectorals
- secondary: triceps and deltoids (anterior deltoid)
Level: intermediate.
Exercise grading: A (not S because for some it doesn’t feel great and can cause shoulder pain).
