A single-joint exercise & concentric exercise, using dumbbells with a pronated grip, in standing position, bilateral (simultaneously).
Considered a shoulders exercise, with the following muscle group:
- targeted: deltoids (anterior deltoid)
- secondary: deltoids (intermediate deltoid)
Level: intermediate.
An alternative using elastic band would be band front raise.
