Hanging knee raise

A multi-joint exercise & concentric exercice, using bodyweight, hanging from a (horizontal) bar.

Considered an abs exercise, with the following muscle groups:

  • targeted: abs, lats, and traps
  • secondary: hip flexors, quadriceps, deltoids (posterior deltoid), and forearms

Level: intermediate (more challenging than the captain’s chair knee raise).
