A single-joint exercise & concentric exercise, using bodyweight, lying face down, over a specific incline bench.

Considered a lower-back exercise or glutes exercise depending on execution, with the following muscle groups:

  • targeted: spinal erectors and glutes
  • secondary: hamstrings

Level: intermediate.
