A single-joint exercise & concentric exercise, using a high cable with a supinated grip (D-handle attachment), in a side-standing position, bilateral (simultaneously).

Considered a biceps exercise, with the following muscle group:

  • targeted: biceps
  • secondary: forearms (forearm flexors)

Level: intermediate.
