Est-on vraiment si loin du compte&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un besoin en eau pure&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ce que ces recommandations ne disent pas c\u2019est qu\u2019il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 de l\u2019apport total en eau. Et l\u2019eau pure n\u2019est pas la seule source d\u2019hydratation. Il faut prendre en consid\u00e9ration les aliments (20&nbsp;% de l\u2019apport hydrique) et les autres boissons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En effet, figurez-vous qu\u2019il y a <a href=\"https:\/\/ciqual.anses.fr\/#\/aliments\/20019\/concombre-pulpe-et-peau-cru\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">96&nbsp;% d\u2019eau dans un concombre<\/a> (en comptant la peau)<sup data-fn=\"49ef9279-3528-4788-86e3-970d2b7cd29e\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#49ef9279-3528-4788-86e3-970d2b7cd29e\" id=\"49ef9279-3528-4788-86e3-970d2b7cd29e-link\">3<\/a><\/sup>&nbsp;! Et comme son nom l\u2019indique en anglais (<em>watermelon<\/em>), il y en a <a href=\"https:\/\/ciqual.anses.fr\/#\/aliments\/13036\/pasteque-pulpe-crue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">91&nbsp;% dans une past\u00e8que<\/a><sup data-fn=\"0dfb4040-dff7-4250-bcef-a4e4b021251a\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#0dfb4040-dff7-4250-bcef-a4e4b021251a\" id=\"0dfb4040-dff7-4250-bcef-a4e4b021251a-link\">4<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Et oui, vous avez bien entendu, nous continuons \u00e0 nous hydrater en buvant du caf\u00e9 (seconde boisson la plus consomm\u00e9e apr\u00e8s\u2026 l\u2019eau). Contrairement \u00e0 une autre croyance populaire &#8211; d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment &#8211; le caf\u00e9 ou le th\u00e9 ne d\u00e9shydratent pas. Bien que la caf\u00e9ine augmente la production d\u2019urine, l\u2019eau que vous consommez avec ces boissons compense cet effet diur\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">D\u2019accord, mais est-ce que les 5,5 verres \u00e9taient suffisants ou faudrait-il tendre vers 8&nbsp;? Tout d\u2019abord, personne ne sait d\u2019o\u00f9 vient ce 8 donc on ne va consid\u00e9rer que le total. Ensuite, selon la NHANES de 2009-2012, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/nchs\/products\/databriefs\/db242.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">consommation quotidienne en eau<\/a><sup data-fn=\"474eb974-a117-4f0c-9796-877432ba82a1\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#474eb974-a117-4f0c-9796-877432ba82a1\" id=\"474eb974-a117-4f0c-9796-877432ba82a1-link\">5<\/a><\/sup> d\u2019une femme est de 2,75 litres et celle d\u2019un homme de 3,46 litres. Donc&nbsp;<strong>les femmes d\u00e9passeraient leurs cibles quotidiennes et les hommes en seraient \u00e0 93&nbsp;%<\/strong>&nbsp;(en moyenne \u00e9videmment). Alors, c\u2019est (presque) bon&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9couter son corps, \u00e0 moins que&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Pour revenir au titre, les risques de d\u00e9shydratation sont souvent exag\u00e9r\u00e9s. Mais boire 4 \u00e0 6 verres d\u2019eau (du robinet ou en bouteille) garde son int\u00e9r\u00eat, si possible tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.
