Si vous \u00eates un \u00e9vitant, vous \u00e9vitez en fait des \u00e9motions d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables comme le stress, l\u2019incertitude ou le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9bord\u00e9.
