An equipment grip where the palms face away from the body (if the bar is overhead, e.g. for a chin-up, the palms would face towards the body).
Some exercises with a supinated grip: biceps curl, dumbbell fly, chin-up…
Often opposed to pronated grip.
It should be noted that it can build stronger biceps but can also lead to elbow pain (in which case switching to a neutral grip is advised).
